At Aurene, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in the quality of our creations and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below for details on how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our self-care and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.
Please note that we cannot process claims submitted after 48 hours or for products that have been used.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only granted in cases where:

The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable

The product arrived severely damaged and cannot be replaced

A verified error occurred on our end
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after purchase to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, order cancellations are not guaranteed once payment is submitted.
If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
