Shipping Policy - the basics

At Aurene, we value every order and want to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our store.

​Processing Time​​

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (such as holidays or new launches), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 
Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing

Currently, Aurene ships only within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding international shipping soon.

 

​Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.

 

Delays & Lost Packages

 

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as weather, postal disruptions, or holidays) may occur. Aurene is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier but will assist you in resolving any issues.

If your package appears lost or doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery, please contact us at supportteam@aureneco.net with your order details.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or store credit.
